Refund policy

We accept returns from unworn items and all packages in the original condition. You have 16 days from placing your order to apply a return. Please contact us (factorstoriesjewelry@gmail.com) before making your return.

 Sorry, exchange is not available. You can choose to initiate a new order for the products you want, and then applying to return the products you aren’t preferred.

 There will be 3-5 business days for processing the return. Also, it may take extra time to clear in your account. (vary depending on your bank)

 Please note, you will be responsible for all of handling costs and shipping fee. Also, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 About final sale items, there is no service for return and exchange.
